Large Capacity High Quality Travel Luggage Bag

As of this date, 12/31/22, I have NOT received this Large Capacity High Quality Travel Luggage Bag that was ordered on November 26, 2022!!! It was ordered in plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. On 12/14/22, I received an email from Lily Bloom stating that "A shipment from order #2022-171236LB is on the way" and the email stated "Track your shipment to see the delivery status" and gave a USPS tracking number of "4207800392748927005455000332157481" which is AN INVALID USPS tracking number. On 12/19/22, I sent an email to Lily Bloom stating when I had placed an order with the company, that I had NOT received the product yet, that the USPS tracking number that I received in the email was too long and an invalid tracking number. I expressed my displeasure in why it had not yet been received when I had ordered it on November 26, 2022 and why I had received an invalid USPS tracking number, and asked for a valid tracking number to be sent. I then received an email notification from ASBS Holdings on December 20, 2022 that "a shipment from order #2022-171236LB is on the way" and the email stated that
"Your order has been sent from our dispatch area and is on its way to you. A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon. Please wait for delivery."
As of this date, I have NOT received this product, nor have I received further information or updates on how to track this package. Then, on 12/28/22, this email from Lily Bloom was sent asking me to "share your thoughts about Large Capacity High Quality Travel Luggage Bag" and stated in this email that "We fulfilled your order from our store Lily Bloom 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback. What do you think about Large Capacity High Quality Travel Luggage Bag?" The only thing I can say is that I am very upset that I have still NOT received this product, nor have I received any updates on a valid USPS tracking number. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW, WHICH SHOULD START WITH ZERO STARS SINCE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT.

Looks like a designer purse. Well made and the size is nice.
